I had the opportunity to partecipate in the Eat Clean Competition called #SummerofMatcha. I love matcha and it just works so well for me, plus it’s so good (if you know how to mix it with nice ingredients!)
I decided to go for an Iced Matcha Latte with coconut milk, blueberries, almonds, strawberries and cinnamon. It tastes so good!
Here’s the recipe:
2 teaspoon of Eat Clean Tea Original Matcha
1 Teaspoon of Honey
A 1/2 cup of ice cubes
A few Almonds
A few Blueberries and Strawberries
Sprinkles of Cinnamon Powder
1. Mix the Matcha with the boiling water (it’s better to use a matcha frother)
2. Add the honey and the coconut milk and mix it again
3. Pour the ice cubes and add the almonds, blueberries, strawberries and the cinnamon powder.
