“Ain’t nothing in this world for free” – he said.
So I wonder are we all guilty? Out of religion, out of beliefs. What else can it be since nothing makes sense? Are we really right when we try to be so judgemental? If we stand tall and still, do we really think we can be innocent? Whether we open or close the doors, it still won’t change that we are all guilty. Whatever we do, there is nothing that can save us.
We hurt people constantly, whether we intend to or not. We shed tears and we spread fear. We break hearts and we are heartbroken. Every once in a while, we take a deep breath, trying to forget all that went wrong. Trying to forget how much we sinned. If you won’t be a judge, there will be no sins. I won’t be either.
What if we make this the deal? What if we try to be a bit more free and light? Wouldn’t it be better for the world to carry a little less weight on its shoulders?
WE ARE GUILTY AS WE ARE HUMANS.
Let’s walk a little lighter on the ground. But I am not ready to give up my emotions. I need to feel alive. Hand on heart, we shouldn’t promise what we can’t keep. We shouldn’t pretend we are someone we are not. Each of us is so keen on creating a double personality that will defeat each day and try to make it easier. When we are finally ourselves, we are surprised on how much different we appear. I am guilty like you are. Everything can make us guilty. Even looking at the stars at night, knowing that we keep a secret not telling them about the Sun.
