How to Detox from Consumption
I really seem the same child I was when I was 7. Constantly looking to get what I wanted. Except I am a grown up now and life showed me in many different ways that is not always possible to get what we want.
But, there are some options to get out this whole stream of consumption. When you spot yourself compulsively buying stuff, it’s time to change.

1 ASK YOURSELF “Do I really really really need it?” This is the first question that when pops in your mind will change the whole thing. Once you realize that you are actually good as you are, you will not want to add that item into the basket. It’s enough.
2 OPEN YOUR WARDROBE “I should count them all...” You have 30 t-shirts, 30 jeans, 20 jacket, 20 shoes. That’s it for now. (at least until the next shopping round)
3 THINK BEFORE YOU CLICK “What am I doing?” I know this sounds familiar. You are probably having 10 tabs open on your computer that read a name of a clothing brand. Think well. You are having a break from shopping. You can’t let yourself go and click on those. Close them all. This is a little magic tip: if you don’t look at the clothes, you won’t feel the need to buy them.
“THERE WAS A TIME… WHEN MY WARDROBE NEEDED CLOTHES.
NOT TODAY.”
LAST USEFUL TIP: You are saving money! Save money today and you will buy yourself a really nice present in one month time. Sounds good, right?
