Spring may have sprung, but it’s also a tricky season in terms of what to wear, am I right? I have to wear my trench coat almost every day and also my foulard scarf to make sure that if the weather changes throughout the day, I am prepared.
I also like to wear things that are currently on trend mixed with vintage accessories and clothes, to make it more my style.
As you may know if you’re following me for a while now, I like to get inspired by magazines, other content creators, movies, books, art and a lot of things. (What are your main inspirations?)
and What are your wardrobe essentials for Spring? Here’s 4 chic and casual outfits to lift up our mood.
1st outfit: the Pastel Jumpsuit

I love to wear jumpsuits and rompers, usually when it comes to Spring. I like the versatility, the comfort but also how chic they look, if I pair them with the right accessories like golden rings and pearls. This one looks soft – pastel pink – feminine, but also minimal. You can also shop Grey Loungewear or other pastel colors, they are very on trend right now! For jumpsuits and rompers, I usually like to wear black, white or pastel colors which are very practical if you’re out and about and can’t go home for a while. Jumpsuits are great as a day wear, but can be easily switched for an evening wear (at the restaurant for example, if it’s open in your area!) if you pair it with striking accessories and jewellery such as those glamorous bracelets online.
STYLE TIPS:
PAIR A JUMPSUIT WITH: heeled sandals, a pouch bag, golden rings, a belt and bracelets, pearls.
You can find more of these on femmeluxe.co.uk // shop also Grey Loungewear
2nd outfit: the Jumper Dress

Jumper dresses are very chic and comfy, ideally for a work day or a day at the park. I love how versatile they can be if paired them with a pair of tights or pants or with a belt to give it a better fit around my waist. Also love how the monochrome Bodycon Mini Dress looks with a pearl accessory, like my pearl hairpin. Very chic. I like to wear Jumper dresses for a casual day or out and about at the park. They are very easy to match and to spend the day in it. Jumper dresses are great as a day wear, but can be easily switched for an evening wear (at the restaurant for example, if it’s open in your area!) if you pair it with tights and a pair of high knee boots. (black or white would be ideal!)
STYLE TIPS:
PAIR A JUMPER DRESS WITH: heeled boots, a cross body bag, a belt and pearls.

3rd outfit: the Milkmaid Top

This is the look of this S/S season, especially if you’ve scrolled your Instagram like I did, a lot of vintage and cottagecore content creators already were them, the Milkmaid Tops and dresses. How cute, feminine, chic. Love these. Especially paired up with a matching skirt or pants and a bouquet of flowers. These kind of tops are great as a day wear, but can be easily switched for an evening wear (at the restaurant for example, if it’s open in your area!) if you pair them up with dainty and cute accessories and jewellery and a pair of smart pants.
STYLE TIPS:
PAIR A MILKMAID TOP WITH: a matching skirt or pants, cute dainty jewellery, pearls head pieces, strappy sandals, a large straw hat, a trench coat.

4th outfit: the Lilac Dress

I know many of you probably didn’t like Lilac before (am I right?), but love it now. I actually wasn’t very fond of purple in general, but came to love it because lilac looks so soft, feminine and chic. And this Bodycon Mini Dress looks great matched with my favorite color to wear: beige. A Bodycon Mini Dress is great as a day wear, but can be easily switched for an evening wear (at the restaurant for example, if it’s open in your area!) if you pair them up with golden or pearl accessories and a pair of high heels.
STYLE TIPS:
PAIR A LILAC DRESS WITH: a beige accessory, cute dainty jewellery, pearls, strappy sandals, a trench coat.
